3. Selenium and Vitamin E act as protective antioxidants on the cell membrane guarding EFA's from oxidation. Vitamin C
and Vitamin A play a role as well.
4. Minerals that work as cofactors in enzymes that are involved in the processing of EFA's include magnesium, zinc, copper,
